How To Use A Dab Rig?

New to dabbing? Don’t worry—it’s easier than it looks.

With the right tools and a little practice, you’ll be enjoying smooth, flavorful hits in no time.

Step 1: Add Water

Fill your rig with just enough water to cover the percolator holes. 

Too little = harsh vapor.

Too much = splashback

Step 2: Heat the Nail or Banger

Use a torch to heat your banger until it glows red.

Let it cool for 30–60 seconds before dabbing.

Ideal temp: 315–550°F (a temp gun helps, but is not required)

Step 3: Load Your Dab

Scoop a small amount of wax or concentrate using a dab tool.

Start small—concentrates are potent!

Step 4: Apply Cap

Touch the dab to the hot nail or banger while inhaling.

Use a carb cap to retain heat and improve airflow.

Step 5: Inhale Enjoy

Draw in slowly through the mouthpiece.

The vapor will filter through the water, delivering a smooth, cool hit.
